Blue Yume
Layout based on space (yesh, EMPTY-NESS!!)This layout is pretty beginner-friendly, and pretty flexible (for some reason I think of Flubber o_o). It's been tried and tested in IE, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
I would highly recommend this layout for people used to PHP (primarily the includes function), because you can have so much fun with each of the table cells ^^. But I wouldn't recommend this layout for sites with a lot of content.
